How do I sign up for GeoPoll?

To sign up to take GeoPoll surveys visit the registration page and enter your phone number, starting with + and your country code. you will receive a text message with a verification code, and then will be added as a geopoll user. geopoll sends surveys randomly, so you may not receive one immediately.

GeoPoll currently sends surveys in Benin, Burundi, Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Guinea, Indonesia, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Malawi, Niger, Nigeria, Philippines, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, and Uganda. You can register to be a GeoPoll user in any country, however until GeoPoll is live in your country you will not receive surveys.

When will my airtime credit get delivered?

GeoPoll delivers airtime credits to pre-paid accounts within 48 hours of completing a survey. You will only receive airtime credit if you have answered all survey questions. At the end of each survey, you will get a message confirming that you have completed the survey which details the top-up amount.

How do I get more surveys from GeoPoll?

GeoPoll sends surveys to different GeoPoll users each day, so you may receive one survey and then not receive another survey for a few weeks. To ensure you continue to receive GeoPoll surveys, answer questions promptly and to the best of your knowledge.

How do I report an issue with a GeoPoll survey?

To report an issue with your GeoPoll survey, including problems with airtime credit not being delivered within 48 hours, surveys dropping unexpectedly, or any other technical issue, please fill out the form at: http://research.geopoll.com/user-support.
